കണ്ണൂർ കീഴറ സുനിത നിവാസിൽ ശ്രീധരൻ 2007ൽ മുഴപ്പിലങ്ങാട് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നു ഹെഡ് ക്ലാർക്കായി വിരമിച്ചതു മനസ്സിൽ ഒരുപാട് കഥകളുമായാണ്. രണ്ടു പതിറ്റാണ്ടു കാലത്തെ സർക്കാർ ജോലിക്കിടെ കണ്ടുമുട്ടിയ ഓരോ മുഖവും ഓരോ കഥാപാത്രമായി മനസ്സിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. സർവീസ് അവസാനിപ്പിച്ച് പടി ഇറങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ആ കഥകളെയും കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെയും പടിയിൽ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ മനസ്സുവന്നില്ല. അതുവരെ കൊച്ചു കൊച്ചു കവിതകൾ മാത്രം എഴുതിയ ഇദ്ദേഹം അങ്ങനെ ആണ് എഴുത്തിനെ ഗൗരവമായി എടുത്തത്. ചില ജീവിതങ്ങൾ ചില കഥകൾ അങ്ങനെ ചുരുക്കി എഴുതാൻ ആവില്ലെന്ന തിരിച്ചറിവാണ് ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ നോവലിനെ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിൻെറ സ്വന്തം തട്ടകമായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്.

എഴുത്ത് ആവേശമായപ്പോൾ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിൻെറ തൂലികയിൽ നിന്ന് പിറന്നതാകട്ടെ 6 നോവലും 2 കവിതാസമാഹാരവും. 2009ൽ ആണ് ആദ്യ കവിതാസമാഹാരം വെളിച്ചം കണ്ടത്. 24 കവിതകൾ ഉള്ള "മുത്തുമണികൾ" എന്ന സമാഹാരത്തിലൂടെ ശ്രീധരൻ കീഴറ എന്ന എഴുത്തുകാരനെ പുറം ലോകം അറിഞ്ഞു.

1988 കണ്ണപുരം പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ LDC ആയി ഉദ്യോഗമാരംഭിച്ച ഇദ്ദേഹം കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ വിവിധ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. കീഴറയിലെ ചേരക്കാരൻ കുഞ്ഞപ്പയുടെയും വി വി കല്ല്യാണിയുടെയും മകനാണ് ശ്രീധരൻ. ചെറുപ്പത്തിൽ സോഡാക്കച്ചവടവുമായി നടക്കുമ്പോൾ നാടകരംഗത്തോടായിരുന്നു അടുപ്പം. കീഴറ ബാലകലാനിലയ ജ്വാല തീയേറ്റേഴ്സിൻറെ 'ഭ്രംശം' എന്ന നാടകത്തിൽ അരങ്ങിൽ കഥാപാത്രങ്ങൾക്ക് ജീവൻ പകർന്നു. കണ്ണൂർ നെഹ്‌റു യുവകേന്ദ്ര ജില്ലാതലത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ നാടക മത്സരത്തിൽ സമ്മാനാർഹനായിട്ടുണ്ട്. എം ടി കമലാക്ഷിയാണ് ഭാര്യ. മക്കൾ സുമേഷ്, സുകേഷ്, സുനിത. മരുമക്കൾ പ്രശാന്ത്, ഷംന, ശ്രീത. പേരക്കുട്ടികൾ ശ്രീജിത്ത്, ശ്രിജ്വൽ, ശ്രീഹിത്ത്, ആരുഷ്, അൻവിഷ്.

Sreedharan keezhara, sunitha nivas, keezhara (kannapuram), kannur retired from Muzhappilangad grama panchayat as a head clerk, with mindfull of stories. The faces he saw in his period of service of two decades were the characters in his stories.

While retiring from service, he could not leave the stories and characters at the threshold of the office. Till the end of his service, he wrote only small poems and later he took writing seriously. He heard about writers presenting a life long experience in one or two pages. But sreedharan is of the view that the long experience could not be explained in brief. He selected the path of writing novels as his field. The novel "Aathma nombaram" took more than one year to finish. While presenting it for publishing, he thought that it is better to give it in the form of computer print-out. As he contacted the D.T.P Center, he realized that the novel will come about 500 pages and it is not easy to complete the job in a D.T.P center within a limited period of time.

The difficulty of getting his work in typed form within a short period, sreedharan purchased a new computer and also learned malayalam typing. He typed the novel in his computer and it came to the figure 416 pages. "Aathmanombaram" was published by the begining of 2011. The novel which came, without the use of any new experiments was in a popular style and in simple language acquired the recognition of the readers, brought novelist much satisfaction. Within the next two years, Sreedharan completed two novels in 2013 "Adiyozhukkukal and Mazhameghangal". In 2015 "Irundamugham" and "Thiricharivu" - novels were published. He completed the works of the two other novels also.

Sreedharan Keezhara had the habit of writing, poems in his childhood. His high interest in writing resulted into the emergence of four novels and two collection's of poems.

He was serving as head clerk in the muzhappilangad grama panchayat during his last year of service. The then present of grama panchayat muzhapilangad,V.Prabhakaran came to know Sreedharan interest writing. Sreedharan showed his poem . He was pleased and suggested to publish the collections and for which he introduced someone.

After one year in 2009 his first book come out with a name “Muthumanikal” which consisted 24 poems and this made Sreedharan Keezhara a writer.

After the retirement from service Sreedharan’s journey was along the path of writing.He published his ‘Mathrusneham’ a collection of 23 poem in 2010. Then his attention turned towards novels. In 2011 he published his first novel, ‘Athmanobaram’ which contains 416 pages. In this Novel, his experience in his official life and the sights in his surrounding’s were transformed in to a world of fiction.In 2013 ‘Adiyozhukkukal’ a novel with 234 pages was pubished. The story of a young entrepreneur, called sooraj, was the subject matter of this novel. At present sreedharan completed two other novels ’Irundamugham’ and ‘Thiricharivu’. He is on his way to publish it. He said that Chandran mundakkat and Janu Ayinchankandy are the two behind him inspring him inspring to turn his writing’s in book form.

Present day experiences of writing in brief and posting make exchange of ideas easy and wide where Sreedharan's attitude is in favour of large and long stories. Writing things in brief is situated in the field of newspapers where as it is not suitable to write eventful and long experiences in life. Most of the world classics are in long form. They are popular in reading even today. Sreedharan worked in different Panchayat, in Kannur after his commencement of public service at Kannapuram Grama Panchayat.

Sreedharan was born as the son of cherakkaran kunhappa and V.V. Kalliayani, in Keezhara. He was interested in drama ‘Bramsam’ of the Keezhara Jwala Theater. Won second prize in the district level drama competition of the kannur Nehuru Yuvak Kendra. His wife M.T. Kamalakshy.His family including his children Sumesh, Sukesh, and Sunitha. Son in law Prasanth, grand children Sreejith, Srijwal, Sreehith, Arush, Anvish, and nice Shamna, Sreetha.
